Community Housing Connect is an online access point helping Kent County residents connect to housing. The platform is always available and uses a short survey to gather information about your needs and match you to resources. We assess your unique situation, identifying your own needs and strengths, and connect you to the right resources at the right time.
Our goal is to break down barriers and build up resources for people in Kent County. We do this by linking you to the resources and supports needed to live a fulfilling life in our community.
