System Infrastructure

Security, Privacy, and Compliance

2022 – 2023

Security and privacy frameworks were established to support responsible data use, including risk assessment, backup and disaster recovery, and development of a client-centered privacy model aligned with coordinated entry requirements.

HMIS Integration and API

2022 – 2026

Integration with HMIS systems and API development established a stable connection supporting coordinated data exchange, system visibility, and alignment with HUD standards.

System Design and Platform Development

Completed 2025

CHC system design and development were completed through iterative planning, stakeholder engagement, and testing. The platform reflects coordinated entry workflows across access, assessment, prioritization, and referrals, built to function in real-world use.
